Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: No returns unless defective product than you can only replace the product for the same product (Note: Make sure you keep the case & inserts because we will send a replacement CD only.

Q: What if my Cd has Scratches but still plays fine?

A: Since these items are not shrinkwrapped there tends to be marks or scratches that do not affect play so there are no returns unless the item skips or is unplayable.

Q: Can I have my package ship to a Prison/Jail?

A: Prisons/Jails Do Not Accept packages from online stores so please do not place any orders shipping to a Prison/Jail because they will be cancelled.

Q: What happens if my package was Stolen?

A: MixtapesUSA is not responsible for packages being stolen. You need to contact your local post office.

Q: What happens if I gave the Wrong Address?

A: You are responsible for giving us the correct address so if the item/s have not been shipped than we will change it for you. If the item/s were shipped than we have to wait to get the package back than we can resend it . MixtapesUSA will not refund you the shipping cost if it is your own fault.
(PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TYPE THE CORRECT ADDRESS BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER)

Q: What if I ordered 2 of the same items instead of 1 by accident?

A: MixtapesUSA is not responsible for what you put into your own shopping cart. So just be very careful before finalizing the order to look for mistakes. We have no idea that you made a mistake because alot of people buy multiple copies everyday.

Q: Why was my credit card charge to RJF Music instead of MixtapesUSA?

A: RJF Music is the name we use for all orders that are using credit cards.


Q: Why do some items not have an "ORDER" button?

A: This means the item is no longer in stock. But this doesn't mean the product will never come back into stock so feel free to keep checking in. Only items with an "Order" button are available.

Q: Why is there no more International shipping on the checkout page?

A: MixtapesUSA can no longer shipping International orders due to the heavy increase on shipping costs, frauds & custom problems to certain countries.
